Lachlan Fooks

B.Physio., Grad Cert. Sports Physio., Masters Sports Physio.

Lachlan is a Titled APA Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist who has gained extensive experience in sports injury management over 17 years as a physiotherapist at Collingwood Football Club, including his role as Head Physiotherapist within the Mens AFL program.

He has many years’ experience working in an elite sport setting in addition to private practice. He has a passion for helping individuals return from injury and realise their full potential.

Sports Physiotherapy Consultations

Lachlan offers individual physiotherapy consultations onsite in his consulting rooms at Performe Sports Medicine.

He utilises a combination of manual therapy in addition to exercise prescription and education to optimise the outcomes of his physiotherapy management for specific conditions.

Lachlan is committed to working within an evidence-based framework. His clinical reasoning skills have been developed through his undergraduate and postgraduate studies, in addition to his involvement in ongoing professional development.
